In order for a person to dramatically drop the pounds and inches they must start with a proper diet. Aside from all the snacks we think is the cause, the truth of the matter is even the fruits and vegetables, we consume do not have enough vitamins and nutrients to support important body functions. Modern ways of harvesting crops deplete the soil of important nutrients because we use the same fields year after year. Then we harvest crops before they are ripe to send them across the country or the world. This means our food doesn’t contain the nutrition and the vitamins it should. In today’s nutritional age, it’s extremely important to add supplements to your daily diet. Your body doesn’t actually crave food, it craves nutrients. When your body doesn’t get the proper nutrients it needs, it thinks it’s starving itself, so it will store fat instead of burning it.
